3. Non-Disclosure Agreement: Before counselling, we explain our confidentiality policy, and both you and your Psychosocial counsellor sign a formal agreement (in person or virtually).
4. Limits of Confidentiality: While we prioritize confidentiality, there are legal and ethical exceptions, such as preventing harm to yourself or others, child or elder abuse, and compliance with court orders.
5. Data Security: we employ advanced measures to safeguard your information, including encryption for electronic records and secure storage for physical files.
6. Anonymity: we respect your privacy and ensure anonymity during our supervision discussions by using coded information.
