Salma holds a BSc in Psychology from Jagannath University and an MSc in School Psychology from Dhaka University. She has 4 years of experience in schools, therapeutic centers, and organizations such as BRAC IED.

She is trained in CBT, DBT, ABA, Mindfulness, Psychometrics, and Child Assessment. Her expertise includes:

• Child and adolescent mental health
• School-based counselling and behavior management
• Developmental assessments and parent consultations
• Psychoeducation on digital wellbeing and learning support strategies

Based in Dhaka, Salma also offers online counselling sessions. She is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families in building healthy psychological development.
