Counseling sessions are typically between 40 to 50 minutes, providing sufficient time for meaningful dialogue and therapeutic work. For many individuals, 6 to 7 sessions of this duration may be helpful in reaching a point of noticeable healing and progress. However, for more complex mental health conditions, it may be required10 to 12 sessions or more to achieve significant and sustainable change.We recognize that healing is a deeply personal process, and we tailor our approach to meet each client’s unique needs with compassion and care.

Yes, we take client confidentiality very seriously. All personal information shared during counseling sessions is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed to anyone outside the therapeutic team. In rare cases where professional supervision support is needed, limited information may be discussed without revealing the client’s identity, and always with the utmost care and ethical consideration.

Before beginning sessions, clients are asked to review and sign a consent form that clearly outlines our confidentiality policy and practices, ensuring transparency and trust from the very beginning.

Counselling is a confidential and safe space for you to express your anxieties, fears, and hopes. You may be looking for a resolution to a specific problem or wanting to explore a long-standing difficulty. We provide confidential counselling in Bangla & English for any personal, professional, and relationship issues. if you require referral support, we will make every effort to refer you to an external mental health provider. Our professionals are registered with the Bangladesh Educational and Counselling Psychology Society (BECPS) and the Bangladesh Clinical Psychology Society. Within therapeutic work, we abide by the ethical frameworks and best practice guidelines of the professional bodies and organizations to which we belong. After our final meeting, please feel free to leave your thoughts and feedback on the experience in an anonymous survey that can be found here. This helps us improve our services and lets us know that you are getting the help you need.
